Purcell Commercial Property Services a brokerage and development firm he founded in 2016. He is widely known for contributions to large real estate developments in South San Francisco, San Jose, San Francisco, Oakland, Santa Barbara, San Diego, Chicago and Orinda.
Bill holds a bachelor degree in Business from University of Arizona and began his career as manager of Bay Area real estate lending as Vice President at First Interstate Bank, Senior Vice President at Woodmont, Vice President at Grubb & Ellis, Senior Vice President Cornish & Carey Newmark. In addition he was a senior partner in a real estate development firm is South San Francisco and real estate mortgage company in San Francisco.
